The arts supply store, which has been a stalwart in its community, inked a new lease in the Tribeca building, marking its first and much-anticipated foray into Manhattan. Katz & Associates, led by Brian Katz and Daniel DePasquale, represented the tenant, while Ripco Real Estate’s three-member team, consisting of Peter Ripka and Andrew Mandell, represented the landlord, Edward J. Minskoff Equities.

Another notable tenant… an indoor soccer facility, signed a new lease in the Financial District building, which already boasts an indoor pickleball and tennis club. Newmark’s Jordan Gosin represented the tenant, while a three-member Newmarket team, comprising Jeffrey Roseman and Ross Kaplan, represented the landlord, Fosun Hive.

Amazon-owned supermarket, Fresh & Co., secured a new lease in the Stuyvesant Town building, replacing a stalwart tenant in the market. Chase Welles of SCG Retail represented the tenant, while Blackstone, the building’s landlord, welcomed the fresh addition to the space. GPG Management’s Scott Feldberg represented the tenant, while a three-member Newmark team, led by Ariel Schuster and Ross Berkowitz, represented the landlord, SL Green Realty.
