“Crazy Cardio,” a new social media fitness trend, has taken the internet by storm. TrampoLEAN founder Louis Coraggio recently demonstrated the quick and intense trampoline workout on “Fox & Friends,” further fueling the fad’s popularity.
The idea of “cozy cardio” is to get in some steps while wearing comfortable attire and in a relaxing environment.
Hope Zuckerbrow, the creator of the trend, has gained credit for the idea, which she began sharing on social media in late 2022. According to Zuckerbrow, many people have thanked her for “flipping their mindset on what they thought exercise was supposed to be.”

In addition to feeling cozy in their outfit with a warm beverage in hand, the ambiance can be further set with relaxing candles and a favorite TV show or movie playing.

In Zuckerbrow’s videos, she focuses on the steps involved in setting up her treadmill walk rather than the actual workout itself.
