The couple — who worked with wedding planner Karla Casillas and Co. — tells PEOPLE they chose Mexico for their long-awaited nuptials because they consider the country “their home away from home” after spending a lot of time there during the COVID-19 pandemic. They landed on the Montage resort as their venue after being taken by the property’s “stunning” views and ambience.
